I have tried numerous times -- with both SD card and USB drive -- to update the firmware on my Monument, but to no avail. The blue light continues to flash... I am currently on Monument version 2.5.9, but I am seeing that 2.5.10 is the current version. Help?
I'm getting the same behavior. The blue light continues to flash after several hours.
Does anyone at Monument have a solution for us?
Same thing happened to me. The blue light kept flashing for hours after attempting a firmware update. So I gave up and turned everything off, then back on again and the firmware had updated! It's working perfectly now.
I have tried manual updating of firmware on M1-- with both SD card & USB drive using Xfat format in each-- but to no avail. The led light goes red for a brief instant then changes to white...The new firmware is not thereafter updated. I have tried to 'Restart device' too, but that option doesn't initiate any updating action. I am currently on Monument 1 version 2.5.17, but I'm seeing that v. 2.6 is the current version. I can't begin the migration from M1 to M2 until this update is done. Help?
