Common Problems
An email verification is sent during setup to the person that first setup Monument. This user will need to click Allow Access in that email for the user to complete setup. If multiple requests are sent from the app, then the latest email from Monument must be opened. Clicking on Allow Access from old messages will not work.
Note: Sometimes emails from the same sender are combined into a single message thread. Please open the latest message in that thread.

For adding new users, you need to update the firmware.
Otherwise, a default email seems to be used and not yours.
So you can't activate the user.
I have a new android phone Huawei P40 Pro that is unable to connect to the monument on the same WiFi even though I have verified the email for access. Kindly assist. My email address is wfleong61@gmail.com
