Manual Firmware Update
If you do not have an HDMI cable and TV/Monitor during setup, first update the firmware by following the steps outlined in one of the articles below. This will update your Monument to the latest firmware version.

I cannot use the app to setup my Monument 1, because it says it is already setup - which is correct. I also cannot use the app to do anything, because it is asking for an email, and password for a "Protected Page" screen on the app. Can you reset this on your end so I can 'Reset" the Monument 1 so I can finally Setup my new Monument 2 ?. If it is too complicated to Reset my Monument 1, can you delete my account on your end so I can Setup a new account on my new Monument 2 ?
