Error SE03 - Blocked Network

    Absolutely nothing works. I have tried 2 different WIFI networks in my house, I've connected it to an ethernet port, I've rebooted the device and my routers dozens if not 100s of times, I've updated the firmware, I've reinstalled the apps multiple times on 2 devices. Every time I attempt to set it up it continually sends me multiple emails to "confirm" and then just says "Your router must be blocking please reboot." How do I get my money back?

    Are you trying to setup a Monument 1 or 2?  I was getting this with my new Monument 2 also - could NOT get it to connect to save my life.  I can see the M2 on the network via wired and wireless IP address...but it won't talk.

    Monument 2.  Since I posted this I was able to connect to it and set it up with my wife's iPad but none of my Android devices (which is all I have) and none of my PCs connect.  I see that new apps are being released on 11/10 and the computer apps are supposed to work for the Monument 2 then? Fingers crossed as my entire ecosystem is Android and PC.

    Got it - i'm in the same boat - no iStuff in my house.  You'll see a general question about M2 setup in the Monument Device help section...and I've posted a direct help request to the company as well.  

    Did you migrate from a M1 to M2?

    No, the M2 is my first device. Love the concept, hoping to get over the bumps.

    I am in the same boat as the other users above. Only have PC and Android in my home and no i-devices available. I guess I'll be waiting for the new PC app to setup my Monument 2.  

    Update 11/13/21 The new Android app update fixed my issues I was encountering. I am uploading my photos from my phone as I type this.
