Firmware Is Updating
To use the latest features and have the most stable app, Monument needs to be on the latest firmware version. If your Monument is not up to date, the screen below will be shown while the firmware is automatically downloaded and installed in background. This screen will disappear automatically and photos will continue uploading normally.

This process should take about 10 minutes. If it is taking longer, then your Monument may have network connection issues. In this case, please manually update your firmware.

Note - after an aborted attempt to change WIFI information my Monument 1 app gets stuck on this screen indefinitely forcing an uninstall/reinstall of the app. Android - latest version (Nov 5, 2021) of the app.
Migration from M1 to M2. Firmware is updated on M2. Have latest software installed and app. When starting migration, says error, try again later. Help
having issue also with migrating to monument 2. Monument 1 says "cannot start monument migration" contact support. Can't find any information on this or anyone to contact.
Any help would be appreciated.
