Hey everyone!

Here is a list of our latest app and firmware versions:

iOS = 2.17.16
Android = 3.11.6
Desktop = 0.27.1
Firmware = 2.5.11

To check your version, open the Monument app and go to Settings > Monument Version and Settings > App Version.

MY current firmware version is 2.5.9. The latest firmware is 2.5.11. I understand the hardware will automatedly download the latest firmware on its own. I wondered if your company has activated the release of the firmware 2.5.11. Is there a procedure for users to initiate the update. Thanks.

where is the auto update button? couldn't see it in settings? Also after setup I could not immediately add another user, this was possible only after 24 hours? Is this normal

Hi Ravi! This option is seen only in the mobile app.
- It's located under Settings --> Device Settings --> Auto-Update Firmware
Once this option is turned on, Monument will update in background to the latest firmware when you're not using the app.

Hi.

I see in this page the latest firmware is 1.5.15. I have Auto-Update Firmware activated, but my Monument is still using 1.5.14 version. I tryed to download and update using a USB Flash drive, but it didn't update. I also tryed restore using SD Card Memory, but it has restored to 1.5.10 and then it has updated to 1.5.14 again. How can I install 1.5.15 update?

Hi Gustavo! We had released the firmware out in waves (not everyone receives it at once). However, all users have no received the latest firmware. You can confirm by opening the app and going to Settings > Firmware Version.

Monument firmware version currently running is 2.5.9. However, it still does NOT PLAY VIDEOS! Trying to play .mov videos that I uploaded from my iPhone but an error message states "Video playback is currently not supported. Will be available in the upcoming updates." What firmware version can play videos???
